"A MISTAKEN PREJUDICE." By Electric Telegraph. — Copyright. (Received December 6, 8.34 a.m.) OTTAWA, December 5. Sir Wilfrid Laurier, the Premier, at a great political demonstration at Ottawa, condemned the British Columbia I people's "mistaken prejudice against Oriental immigration." He declared that, while he exercised power, he would never do anything that might endanger the British- Japanese alliance.
