BURGLARIES IN WELLINGTON.

WELLINGTON, DecemSerf.'^ Two burglaries have taken place within the last two days. A dwelling occupied by Mr. W. A. Clark, MacFarlane Street, was entered first and jewellery to the value of £34 stolen. Yesterday afternoon entrance was effected into the house of Mr. C. A. Hickson, Commissioner of Stamps, in Fitzherbert Terrace, and jewellery valued at £30 removed. So far the culprits have not been discovered.
