The Parliamentary Committee of Bri- ; tish Trades and Labour Councils, in discussing the railway dispute, threw ', on the company directors all the respon- . sibility for the paralysis of trade and' the danger to travellers that were likely to occur if a strike were declared. , '
As representing the whole of the trade union movement, the committee express hearty and entire sympathy with the railway men.
The committee confers with the Labour Party and Federation of Trades Uaidns on November sth, to consider measures to support the railway men.
