(Received August 30, 7.21 a.m.) LONDON, August 29. The Tangier correspondent of the Times says Mulai Hafid's letter is a very strong > document. The result is tranquillity. Hand has been proclaimed at Azimur. He summoned the Showi tribes who are fighting against the French to proceed to Marakesh. There is, every reason to believe he will bo proclaimed Sultan at Tangier.
