This agency affords all persons anj opportunity to add to their income without interfering with their daily occupation in any way. All -we want is to be supplied with information, either by letter or personal interview, of the wants of your friends or persons with whom you may come in contact, and in the event of business resulting we will pay to you on all sales onefourth of the commission received from same. You supply the information, we will provide the capital required to endeavour to do the work to the advantage of all parties. A daughter may participate in the profits made through her parents' requirements.
A business man or a labourer may make £50 walking to or from his daily occupation, and housewives and others can add to their income by informing us of their friends' requirements.
If we make £1000 you will receive £250, if we make £1 you will receive ss.
In all cases demand an acknowledgment certificate when supplying information and see that they are properly dated and timed. These certificates will enable you to recover any monies you may be entitled to, and remain binding for a period of three months from date of issue. Money will be p^ aid out by such solicitors as the purchaser may request the deposits to be handed to.
In the event of any purchaser demanding an introducer's right it will not interfere with you. Money is paid out on production of certificates only. The certificate dockets are always open to inspection in cases where they have previously been supplied. No information will be received from members of firms in similar lines to ourselves.
Buyersl Once you buy a place you usually hear of others more suitable. Therefore it is to investors' advantage to glean all information, which can be obtained from us before coming to a final decision.
Sellers receive the best chances of disposing, because they have a large staff working for them. Remember! Treat no information lightly ; that persons can only get their requirements supplied by stating them; be precise and prompt.
