(Received August 21, 8.23 a.m.)

LONDON, August 20.

The socialists of the electorate of Battersea have initiated a vigoroxis campaign to try to oust the Hon. John Burns, .M.P. for Battersea and President of the Local Government Board, from his seat in Parliament.
