A largo number of members of the family and friends assembled to pay respect to the well-known and popular couple. Over eighty sat down to dinner in the even-^ ing. Afterwards Mr R. Patterson made a presentation of two handsome plushcovered arm-chairs, the gifts of the residents of Tarata.
