LONDON, July 29.

A meeting of the Irish party in the House- of Commons, receiving Mr C. J. Dolan's letter wishing to withdraw from membership of the party, censured Mr Dolan's public repudiation of the party policy and requested him to resign his seat.

The meeting welcomed Sir T. Grattan Esmonde's-resignatlon and expressed regret that Mr E. Blako should have been compelled by ill-health to resign.

MUNICIPALISING LONDON DOCKS

(Received July 30, 10.2 a.m.) LONDON, July 29. It is reported that the Hon. D. LloydGeorge, President of the Board of Trade, proposes next session to municipalise the London Docks.
