United Press Association — By Electric Telegraph.— Copyright. SYDNEY, July 26. The Manurewa from Mercury Bay has arrived. She met a heavy gale off the New Zealand coast and had to jettison 5000 ft. of deck cargo.

SYDNEY, July 26. The barque Eagle Crag, which collided at sea with the Kakapo, put into port to-night to repair the damage to one of the plates of her bulwarks.

AUCKLAND, July 26.
A Tairua message states that the steamer Onslow visited the scene of the wreck of the scow Surprise again yesterday. Constable Brown and party searched the beaches, but could find no bodies. They secured a flag, some broken lifebuoys, and the name board The steamer called at Ohui and brought the sole survivor to Tairua.
The fury of the storm was indicated by dozens of crayfish and dead fish thrown I ' up on the beach, "with tons of seaweed. The ship's dog was found lying on the Pawanui beach.
THE STRANDED ISABELLA.
AUCKLAND, July 27. 4 The ketch Isabella de Frame, blown ashore at Ahipara on Saturday last, is high and dry on the rocks at low water, with a hole in her hull. Efforts are being made to float the vessel, but success is doubtful.
RE-FLOATING THE FLORA.
AUCKLAND, July 27.
Efforts are being made to re-float the cutter Flora,which sank off North Shore on Saturday morning, laden wrth shingle.
