Reuter's Tangier correspondent states that a?- messenger who has returned from Rajsuli's camp says that the Hakomass tribe |is willing to surrender Kaid Maclean provided the Sultan personally proceeds to the country to pardon them and excuse' them from service in tho Morocco lnipefial army and to relieve them of taxes.
The tribe refuses to deliver Raisuli, but gtfarantces his good behaviour if he is pawdoned and his property returned.
