yearly report : -

The eastern drive i« 71ft lr-nf;, iiiul tho western 81ft, 47ft of which ''as been drnvn this year. A crosscut lias hern driven off each of these drives. At ;i point 40it in from tho low 1 n'el in tin* enstcn drive a crosscut has been driver in a southern direction o distance of .'Jilt. Vt a point olft from the low level i;i ihe western drive a err. wit ''a" been driveu n distance of .*?6?t. Direct'v opposite this crosscut we tare driving a second crosscut, in a northerly direction. As this crosscut has only been started it is cnlv in a few feet.

Kise — .\t a point 944 ft from the mouth c'~ the low level a main rise has beeji put up and holed through into the crock 'cvel of the upper working. The rise is lUOft loncc. At about 16ft up the rise the lode opened cut into n Inrge bo^y of good ore. At this point we drove 0 croftscut in a .jputherly 'lireciion 19ft. Tlh> lode carried very jjood ore for the whole of the distance across.

New Lode — On tin's body of ore we have driven n distance of 6.3 ft across the lode. For the whole of the distance small dish prospects were obtained \ orive on the line of lode loft long, drivf n in ih" direction of tho dyke, also •jives small dish prospects.
