Tho Premier of Korea has asked the Emperor to bbdicate in favour of the Crown Prince, owing to his action in sonding a deputation to the Hague Convention. The Premier suggested that the Emperor should go to Tokio, and apologise to the Emperor of Japan. Tho Korean Emperor made no definite reply or suggestion, and it is unlikely that ho will yield without a struggle.
