The Star's correspondent writes that an Australasian excursion from Vancouver is being organised to sail on December Bth. The party will be comppsed of bankers, capitalists, and investors, under the Oriental Tours' Association. The itinerary comprises visits to Brisbane, Melbourne, Hobart, Dunedin, Christchurch, Wellington, and Auckland. A number of the party in-, tend studying political and labour conditions, in these colonies. ,
