The sittings of the Supreme Court' opened this morning before Mr Justice Cooper. True bills were found against Richard Daly, bigamy; F. Cross and B. Morse, theft from a dwolling; L. M. Murray, cattle stealing ; Albert Lovelock, forgery. The latter pleaded guilty and received two years' imprisonment, and a similar sentence was imposed on Frederick Cross for theft from a dwelling. Morse Avas remanded for the report of the probation officer.
