, ADELAIDE, June 11. A case against the A.M. P. Society, which made" no income tax return in 1902 on the ground that the law exempted mutual life assurance companies, was argued Before the Supreme Court. The £Jourt found that the Society had in South Australia an income of £28,562, which was taxable.
