June 10. — There assembled here -today what was probably, the- moßt complete and representative gathering of the Taranaki dairying industry ever got together. Upwards of 40 factories were represented. The. business Was to consider the demands ' of Factory Workers' Union and to appoint delegates to confer ' with the Workers' Union at Eltham on Wednesday// The proceedings were necessarily in camera, but it may, be stated- that practical unanimity .prevailed, and that "the* delegates will be the executive- <rf the ffaranaki Dairying and Farming Industrial Union, of Employers*. • The- executive consists of Mr, R. Dingle; president; Mr J. Marx, vice-president; jilessrs Forenian, Jcjl, McDonald, Morton,. and Richards, committeemen. Mr /f* .H. Perm is secretary.
