Prince of Wales accepted | the Honorary Colonelcy of the Light Horse Regiment of Australia, he prer sented a one hundred guinea silver cup I for competition in section drill, riding, and shooting. At the same time MajorGeneral Hutton presented a fifty guinea shield for a similar purpose. New Souh Wales has secured both prizes., j South Australia and Westralia being i second and third 1 in each competition.*
