Vehement speeches were delivered in the Douma in favour of a bill for the suppression of summary courts-martial i and providing for revision previous to ! sentences of penal servitude. J Bishop Eulogius condemned the death penalty, but asked the Douriia to also condemn Terrorists' acts. i A young man dropped a bomb in the street at Warsaw, killing one person I and injuring himself and four others. | It is believed the bomb svas intended for a colonel of gendarmerie who was expected to pass.
