A STORMY MEETING. Per Press Association. NELSON, March 26. There was a stormy meeting of tjue City Council respecting the „ deviation in the specifications for the construction of the septic tank connected with the drainage scheme. Mr Mestayer, consulting engineer^ and designer of the scheme, was present.
