BALLINGEIIS TO BE BANQUETTED. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March; 25. Rifleman Arthur Ballinger, who won the rifle championship at Trentham meeting, and his brother William, an ex-champion, are to be banquetted in the Bellevne Gardens to-night. The Minister for Defence, Colonel Collins, and members of the Legislature, will be present. Having won the belt thrice it became the property of Arthur Ballinger, but he has generously presented the trophy to the Defence Forces Rifle Association for competition at future gatherings, and it will, as heretofore, go with the championship. ,
