United Press Association— By Electric Telegrapli .—Copyright. Received March 25, 8.29 a.m. NEW YORK, March 24. The municipality of JFort Dodge, lowa, resolved that all bachelors and spinsters between 25 and 45 must marry within two months or pay a fine ranging from 20 to 100 dollars.
