THE MILDURA WRECK.
Fremantle, March 23.— The captain and crew of the Mildura have arrived. The captain, attributes the wreck to an •abnormally strong current carrying the vessel landwards, and to the want of warning lights. He says is no chance or re-floating the steamer.
The Union S. S. Company advise that the Takapuna will not proceed from Wellington to this port on Wednesday next, owing to her being 'ifetfuired to assist with the Easter traffic, which it is anticipated will be a heavy one. In consequence of this, the Rotpiti will turn back from here ou Thursday in the Takapuna's run to Onehunga, so there Will be no hoat for Wellington on that day. On arrival at Sydney on Friday, sth April, the Manuka will be withdrawn from the intercolonial service in order to leave Sydney on 15th proximo for Vancouver. ' The Miowera- will leave Sydney on the Manuka's run to Dun-, edin via Auckland on Wednesday, 10th April. The Talune xeijk be the connecting steamer*' from Auckland,, leaving 17th April, with the> M amika ai Suva for Vancouver. During the Talnne's withdrawal tho s.s. Taa-awera will take up the Dunedin-Aucßland service. The, Cqrinna, Captain Jones, leovos Onehunga to-morrwv morning, and is due here early on. Monday morning.
