WANGANUI, March 22. The adjourned sitting of the Supreme Court was held this „ morriing before Judge Button, when the civil case Riichard Baddeley v. J. EL Nixon, two of the principals in a leading firm of local auctioneers, was heard. The claim was for £1833, , in connection with a deed of partnership and interest on the same, and £100 damages. The case is proceeding.
