John Williams, a man with a remarkable criminal record, having spent most of his life in prison, was .sentenced ■ to seven years' imprisonment for housebreaking. He abused the judge in the vilest language, and expressed the hope that waen he had finished his sentence
he would have the pleasure of dining on the judge's grave.
