MUST PAY DUES AT AUCKLAND (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, March 19. The 'Frisco mail steamers have up to the present been jfree of harbour dues, the vessels using the port of Auckland being exempted ~Sf8" carriers of mails. Nqw that the Government declines to •'recognise / the serrica\a,s a mail route to England, the" itarbour Board .has decided that exemption shall no longer apply, and steamers will in future pay the due charged other vessels.
