It implied that she had consulted Abe Hummel in an intended suit against Thaw. The case for the prosecution has closed. Mr Delinks called experts in lunacy to show that Thaw suffered from insanity at the time of the murder.

(Hummel, a lawyer, stated that Mrs Thaw had not been drugged before being seduced by White. ' For Mrs Thaw it was aliegod that the affidavit had been made under compulsion.)
