A CANDIDATE FOR PARLIAMENT.
(Per Press Association.) MANGAWEKA, March 15. An enthusiastic meeting of farmers nnd others this afternoon asked Mr James Georgetti to contest the Rangitikei seat at the general election. The latter, who declared himself as an independent and a freeholder, consented to stand, and a committee was appointed to further his candidature.
