CRIMES ACT DENOUNCED.

United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph. — Copyright. (Received March 15, 9 a.m.) LONDON, March 14. The Nationalists, in the Houee of Commons, denounced tho Crimes Act as a violation of the Constitution, and moved that it be repealed. The Right Hon. A. Birrell (Chief Secretary for Ireland) said the Government and most of the Liberal Party were pledged to use every reasonable opportunity to repeal the Act, though ho doubted if the opportunity would occur this session. Meanwhile the Act would be treated as practically dead. The motion was carried by 252 to 88.
