Mr John O'Donnell is socking an injunction, and damages against Mr John Redmond and, other officials of the Irish Parliam«entary ; Party restraining, them from excluding him from 1 membership of the party. Mr Sheehan is proceeding against the same persons for libel and conspiracy. (Mr O'Donnell has been M.P. for South Mayo since 1900, and Mr Sheehan, who recently resigned and w-ae re-elected, has sat for Mid-Cork since 1901.) .
