BOROUGH RESERVES.

The following recommendations of the Reserves Committee were adopted by the Council on Thursday : — 1. That the Engineer be authorised to immediately eradicate the ox-eye daisies and blackberries from the Council's portion of ' the old waterworks reserve. . 2.
