'A telegram .from Sh'an'gh-ai 'gives some particulars of a dueliaboard the Japanese cruiser Itsushujm'a. The fight took place aboard the cruiser off Saigion. Commander Ishikawa received tweaity wounds. He was ffaakfeai' to the hospital, where he died.
