Per Press Association, Dunedin, May l'l. The Meiklei Commission concluded taking evidence here to-day, and leave for Wellington in the morning. William Lambert was cross-examin-ed i?y Mr Atkinson, but" did not vary in his testimony. v J. Troup (re-called), said he had h^ard about a letter written by MeSklc a- ' bout sueing "the Company for £5000, but he had never seer it, and Lambert was mistaken in supposing he. had given it to witness.- '«
