Workers' Compensation for Accident Act.
Per Press Association. Wellington. September 29. The Arbitration Courts to-day had before it a case involving an application of the Workers Compensation of Accidents Act, 1900. -_in__a case., where a person, accidentally killed, has dependent oni him persons- who nre not. &rjd nev-*r have bepn. residents of New Zealand. Arthur Furl;msre»\ whita in the employ of the Government, was killed by accidont, and a case was stated for the opinion of thvs Court. The PubHc Trustee, t**e legal wrsonal representative of the decreased, filed a claim for compensation on behalf of the wife, who lived in Victoria. The Court reserved judgment.
