Arthur Furl;msre»\ whita in the employ of the Government, was killed by accidont, and a case was stated for the opinion of thvs Court. The PubHc Trustee, t**e legal wrsonal representative of the decreased, filed a claim for compensation on behalf of the wife, who lived in Victoria. The Court reserved judgment.
