Mr Walter James, Agent-General of West Australia, . in a letter to the Times, protesting against the imputation made by the Melbourne correspondent of the Economist against the honesty of the tjabour Party, states that when 05 per cent, of British /population of the Common- 1 wealth ceases to be honest it should give rise to serious misgivings respecting the honesty of tho British race as a whole.
