Court ori Friday Phillip Eva sued his two brothers, Harry Eva and William Eva, for contribution towards his support, and an order was made for the payment of 2s 6d per week against each deft ndant. Joseph West., claim £50 damages, in connection with defendant's neglect to fulfil a covenant to repair fences of certain lands he had on lease- from plaintiffs, was continued on Monday morning. -Evidence was given on both sides, counsel addressed the Court on legal points, and judgment was reserved.
