PRIVY COUNCIL DELAYS.
Per , Press . Association. Wellington, July 15. The Chief Justice, sitting in Chambers to-day, expressed surprise that the colonies should put up with the delays of the Privy Council. These appeals were a relic of the Crown colony days. It was a question for legislators whether the whole commercial life- of the colonies should be subject to such appealt.
