The Archbishop saild all felt proud of the new building, amd he claimed that the institution had been fetiecessful in oarlying 1 owt tlho great pjiir]pose for which it existed. Saicih institutions were sometimes criticised witholit the difficxilties being understjood. A great worlc was being done by tiiose institutions, and those conldtactin'g' them deserved the sympathy an/d support of the community.
