Fisk Jubilee Singers.
TO-NIGHT.
After an absence of nearly four years the celebrated Fisk Jubilee Singers will renew acquaintance with a local audience in the Theatre Royal tonight. Since the company was last here there have been some changes in the personnel,- i>ut local playgoers will be pleased to learn that* Miss Belle Gibbons (lady baritone), Professor C. A. vynte (musical director), and Mr -K. H. Collins (baritone) are still members of the combination. New members are M^ss Beatrice Mercer (contralto). Miss CJcva McLean (soprano), Miss Cooper (sopran6) ;Mr Clarence Tisdale^the celebrated tenor whose numbers have been received with much appreciation throughout . New Zealand; and Mr H. C. Newton (basso), who has a remarkably good good voice. The season here will be limited Io .two nights.
