Fires.
Per Press Association. Oam aru 1 , Jan. 11. Simmons' Hotel, a fine largo stono hotel at Kurow, was destroyed by iire to-day. It is understood that only a portion of the furniture and stock was saved. The insurances aro said to bo heavy. The lire was confined to the hold jjuilaing.
