MESSRS BEWLEY AND GRIFFITHS' REPORT.

Messrs Bewley & Griffiths report having- a very good entry of poultry in their new pens on Saturday, 10th inst., when the following prices were realised : — Fowls Is 6d to 2s, ducks 2s 3d, geese 3s 7d to 4s, cockerels Is 9d to 2s 6d, chicks 9d to Is. A special line of 15 Buff Orpingtons realised froni 3s to 4s 3d. Furniture and sundries made fair rates. They also held a clearing sale of furniture and household goods on Tuesday, 13th, on account of Mr H. Madder, Dawsonstreet, which was well attended, and very satisfactory prices realised.
