Fiat HancHcaps.—-Tho winner of any Handicap Flat race, after declaration of weights, to cany a penalty of 10 lbs., and of every additional r,ace a further penalty of 7lbs ; horses handi- 1 capped at Bst lOlbs or over, to carry ' only half the above penalties. Hurdle Race.— The " winner of any , Hurdle Race, after declaration of woights, to carry a penalty of lOlbs, ' and of every additional race, 71bs extra. Owners nrc responsible for all penalties (see Rules 34 and 123). '
3 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
