The houses and patients are isolated and every precaution is taken. • , • ' The Union Company insists 1 that all passengers applying-, for tickets must produce vaccination v certificates. If th» .New Government imposes stringent regulations,, the company, wll temporarily abandon Hobart as a" port of call, but -a direct cargo boat will be : . put on the Hobart-Melbourne trade, and passengers will have to. go' via' Launceston. Consternation prevails oVer the fact that * since the sth inst. fifteen persons \vere' discharged from the hospital after suffering' from what is now known .as Small pox. They are liable to spread the disease in all directions. A large number of people have been jvaocinated.- , .
