Mr h. Elliott left Hawera on Monday uxorntjig to play hockey at Chrisitch.'uroh for the North' Island "against the S.outh. The northern team is fairly 1-epresentatLve, but the boutberh is composed altogether of Christchurch mon, and considerable irritation has been manifested tnere. The following will represent the A team against the B team on the raceGoin' t se; play, to start at a quarter to 2 sharp :— A. Beetle/ Lffit, Wooßs, Foodces, Veale, Cartwright. Woodhofuse Ambury, and Smith. . B team : Day, Gray, Aiclan, Lee, Jones, White, Slceates, A very, Freetihey, Aivery, and George.
