Owners, Trainers, and others entering and accepting horses for the T.J.C. Meetings are notified that nc entries or acceptances will be received unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. Any owner failing to declare hit colours at time of entry will be fined two soys, unless the colours of the Owner of the horse are duly registered. Jt is now compulsory on stewards to inflict a fine of not less than one soy upon any person running a horse in wrong colours. No owner will be- permitted to us< the registered colours of anothet Owner, without special permission. Owners are responsible for all penalties and allowances.
