Personal Notes.
The Alayor recoived word about Dr ()' Carroll by tho last mail. The Mayor's brother, ■writing from Dublin, slates that the doctor seems to have qtute lecoverod from his last illness, and is mentally as bright as ovor. The many friends of V>v O'Carroll in this district will be pleased to learn the news.
