Wellington, April B.—Captaincies in the North Island squadrons of the Tenth ai'e to be given to Lieutenant Mostyn Jones and Lieutenant V. A. Steward, both now in Africa with the Sixth. Lieutenantcies will be granted to the following now in services : — Wallis, MoDonald, Blink-, horn* Early, and Willis.
