United Press Association —By Electric TYlegraph. —Copyright. Received October 8, 1.10 a.m. TORPEDO DESTROYERS IN COLLISION. London, October 7. The torpedo destroyers Angler and j Salrnou collided while rounding the Tongue lightship. Tho Salmon's stern t was damaged, and she steamed to Chatham.
