Assists its members by advances to purchase properties. 2. Enables persons possessed of land to erect buildings thereon. 3. No Paid-up or Preferential Shares are issued. The amount of Loan is granted without any deduction (except entrance fees); and provision is made for repaying loans at any time without waiting for the maturity of the series. The Society pays the cost of preparing and registering all mortgages (unless for a lesser sum than £100.) ; During the ten years ending' the 30th September, 1900, the sum of £9570 9s 8d has been distributed in dnvidends and bonuses amongst tbe members of the Society, Borrowers and Investors participating alike in the distribution ; it will thus be seen that the Society is purely co-operative.
