Received September 25, 10.56 p.m. Brussels, September 25. — Advices received here declare that Mr Kruger's funds are almost exhausted. After paying numerous refugees in the service of ihe so-called Boer Government, and also for lecturers touring the Continent, Mr Kxuger has scarcely enough for himself md the most pressing exigencies of the Boer service. Some prominent Boars in Holland are almost destitute. Lord Kitchener reports that British reinforcements have worked into Natal. The raiders in Natal ara returning to east and to north. The line of blockhouses from Potchefslrom meets another it Koppes Station, and goes hence to Lratsrand. The Vaal Valley and the enclosed district are clear of the enemy. The country westward of the Bloemfontein railway is clear. The columns crossed eastward, joined Major-General Knox in the pursuit of the enemy in the Dewetsdorp district. Mayehburg and Fouche are near Lady Grey. Colonels Doran and Qaig are pursuing Smuts, near Bedford. The Midlands are quiet. Scheepers and f'heron, in the south, are assiduously evading the columns. The weekly report shows: 29 Boers killed, 1& wounded, 350 captured, 48 surrendered, 245 rifles, 17,800 rounds of ammunition, 55 waggons, 1000 horsss,and 5500 cattle taken. Received September 26, 12.52 a.m. London, September 25. — A Router despatch states that Colonel Thorneycroft'a force in Southern Orange Colony recaptured a 15-pounder taken on the 19th, capturing 20 Boers. The Field Artillery had 7 killed and 4 severely wounded ; Lovat's corps lost 9 killed, 1 dangerously wounded, 23 severely and 6 slightly Colonel Gough's additional missing is 33 belonging to the 69th Battery of Field, and 3 others^ RETURNED NEW ZEALANDERS. (PER PKESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, September 23. — A party of returned Troopers, whose names were telegraphed some days ago, arrived from Sydney by the Waihora today.
