ARRIVAL AT WELLINGTON.
WbllingtoXj July 15,— The transport Tagua made a smart? passage from Pork' ChuLuers. and was moored at Wellington at, noon. Notwithstanding the unexpectedly eaiily arrival there was a large attendanctf'of the public at the wharves, and a hearty reception was given to the troops. , The Premier and Mayor addressed words of welcome to the men, who were -then, set > at liberty, and went ashore with their friends. - . , It was. annonnced by the Premier that an ample supply of rifles for Rifle Clubs are expected, and will be available in the h course of a few weeks.
